If drinking eight glasses of water a day seems too easy, here’s
something else you can do. Print out the weekly journal by clicking here.
Write
down everything you eat and drink for one week. (You can use tick
marks at the bottom to count your glasses of water, if you like.)
Don’t measure anything or write down amounts, just write down
everything you eat.
This may seem silly to you but many
people gain weight from the things they are not aware they are eating.
This is not only a consciousness raising experience but also produces
valuable information that we will discuss in the future.
