It’s true that when you first start drinking more water your body dumps most of it so it seems like you are going to the bathroom a lot. Even after your body adapts, you can expect to be going to the bathroom somewhat more frequently.
If you are going to the bathroom to urinate only twice a day, that’s bad! Not only are you eating more food to satisfy your thirst, but it also makes it much easier to get a bladder infection.
If the President of the United States can find time to go to the bathroom, you can find time to go to the bathroom. If the Queen of England can find time to go to the bathroom, if the Pope can find time to go to the bathroom, you can find time to go to the bathroom. Need I go on?
