It’s true that if you have to get up to brew or fetch a cup of herbal tea, you probably won’t be drinking your eight glasses of beverages a day. 

Wherever you are during the day, you need to have your water there, readily available.  If it’s within reach, you may be surprised at how much you will drink (and enjoy!) during the day. 

That may mean leaving the house in the morning with all the water you expect to drink that day.
